- All pets must be approved by filling out an application prior to living in unit.
- $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (Per Cat, Per Dog, Per 2 caged animals, Per 2 Aquarium)
- $200 Pet Deposit
- $25/ month Pet (Per Cat, Per Dog, Per 2 caged animals, Per 2 Aquarium)
- 2 Animals Total Allowed in unit
- Dogs- 1 Allowed, Weight Limit 50 pounds, spayed/neutered
- Cats- 2 Allowed, spayed/ neutered
- Small, caged animals- 2 Allowed
- Aquarium Animals- 2 Aquariums allowed/no aquarium larger than 20 gallons
